Brain Spotting

Some experiences get "stuck" in the body, even when we try to move past them. Brainspotting helps release stored emotional and physical stress so kids can heal and move forward.

How to know if this might help:

- Ongoing distress despite other therapies

- Trouble processing a hard or scary event

- Physical tension linked to stress

- Sudden mood changes or emotional outbursts

- Feeling "frozen" after a tough experience

What each session looks like:

In Brainspotting, we use specific eye positions to help the brain process and release emotions. Your child will:

-  Gently explore feelings connected to past experiences

- Learn to notice and manage body sensations

- Build tools for handling emotional triggers

It's a calm, focused process that works well alongside other therapies.
