Cognitive Behavioral Therapy 

Sometimes kids get caught in unhelpful cycles expecting the worst, avoiding challenges, or feeling like they can't handle things. CBT helps children and teens understand how their thoughts, feelings,and actions are connected, and gives them tools to create change.

How to know if this might help:

- Frequent worries or fears that get in the way of life

- Negative self-talk ("I can't do this," "I'm not good enough")

- Trouble calming down when upset

- Avoiding things for fear of failure

- Repeating unhelpful behaviors
