Meet Sara:

Hi, I’m Sara! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who’s passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults through life’s tough moments. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and big life transitions—all in a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free.

Therapy with me:

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but at the heart of my work is simply being a human with a human. I believe healing starts with genuine connection, so I show up authentically—offering empathy, honesty, and warmth to help you or your child feel truly seen and understood. I also know that families play an essential role in the healing process, so I work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure therapy supports the whole system, not just the individual.

Outside the therapy room, I’m all about living a cozy life: coffee in the mornings, snuggling with my cats, watching a good TV show or movie (I’m a big fan of any rom-com, Marvel, or Harry Potter), or curling up with a good book. It’s important to me to spend time with my loved ones, no matter what we do!

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about walking alongside you as you grow. Whether you're a young person navigating hard feelings or a parent trying to support your child, I’m here to help you feel more equipped, more connected, and more yourself.
