Brainspotting

Brainspotting is an approach that does not require the client to talk about difficult emotions or experiences to find relief.  This approach directly targets brain areas holding trauma, anxiety, etc. by using eye positions to activate those areas of the brain.  This approach orients the central nervous system to process as effectively as possible leading to rapid results.
